Technical features of crawler robots

The crawler robot uses steel wire reinforced rubber crawler tracks and servo motor drive system, with a rated torque of up to 240NM and a maximum climbing ability of 30 degrees. The ground length of its crawler chassis is 576mm, which effectively reduces the ground pressure ratio and improves the stability of movement in complex terrain. The explosion-proof model is equipped with IP67 protection level and can operate continuously in an environment of -20℃ to 60℃. The modular design reserves tooling space and supports the rapid integration of reconnaissance equipment and operation modules.
Compared with wheeled robots, the crawler mechanism reduces the sinking amount by increasing the support area, and the grouser design significantly improves the anti-slip performance. The independent suspension system enhances the obstacle crossing ability, and the two-degree-of-freedom displacement structure realizes all-round movement. Some models use hydraulically controlled guns and electro-hydraulic control systems, which can remotely switch between DC spray and flowering spray modes.
