Overview of the Integrated Grounding System
Railway grounding is a complex, multi-disciplinary systems engineering project. Its primary objectives are to ensure personnel safety and guarantee equipment integrity. The integrated system provides a centralized solution for:
Lightning protection grounding for buildings and structures.
Operational and protective grounding for high-voltage and low-voltage (power and signal) equipment.
Overvoltage protection, anti-static grounding, and electromagnetic shielding.


Material and Installation Features
Corrosion Resistance: The conductor features a high-performance alloy outer sheath with excellent corrosion resistance and environmental durability, making it ideal for burial in complex soil environments.
Installation Layout: As a core component of the integrated grounding system, the conductors are buried within the power cable troughs on both sides of the railway track (one conductor per side).
System Integration: All specialized equipment-including signaling, communications, electrification, and power systems-as well as other metallic structures along the track, are connected to this integrated conductor.
Safety and Stability: This unified grounding approach minimizes potential differences between various systems, eliminating safety hazards to personnel and equipment. Furthermore, it avoids the need for separate grounding rods for individual devices, thereby preserving the structural stability of the roadbed (subgrade).

Operating Temperature: Suitable for ambient temperatures ranging from -40°C to +70°C.
Installation Temperature: The minimum installation (laying) temperature must not be lower than -10°C.
Bending Radius: The minimum permissible bending radius is 15D (where D is the outer diameter of the conductor).
