The DYJY series consists of primary series circuit cables designed for direct burial. They are specifically engineered for use in Airfield Ground Lighting (AGL) and signaling systems, serving as the main power supply loop for runway and taxiway lighting.
Operational Characteristics
Rated Voltage: 5kV.
Maximum Conductor Operating Temperature: 90℃.
Short-Circuit Temperature: Maximum conductor temperature shall not exceed 250℃(duration ≤5s).
Permissible Bending Radius: ≥ 12 times x Cable Outer Diameter (12D).
Insulation Type: TR-XLPE (Tree-Retardant Cross-Linked Polyethylene). This insulation is specifically designed for long-term reliability in damp or underground environments by preventing "water treeing" (insulation degradation caused by moisture and electrical stress).
Key Technical Indicators
Conductor Resistance: The DC resistance of the conductor at 20℃ shall not exceed 3.08Ω/km.
AC Voltage Withstand Test: The finished cable must pass an 18kV/ 5min power-frequency AC voltage test without breakdown.
Partial Discharge (PD) Test: At a test voltage of 18kV, the discharge magnitude must not exceed 10pC (picocoulombs).
